The Pitkin Review is a peer-reviewed literary journal published biannually by a collaborative community of editors, creative writers, and graphic artists showcasing the best work of their fellow MFA writers in fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, drama, critical commentary, and cross-genre. Printed copies of the journal are available at the Goddard College store or online for $12.00.
Submitting to The Pitkin Review
At The Pitkin Review, we only accept work from writers currently enrolled in Goddard College’s MFA in Creative Writing Program. Submitted work should have been produced during the writer’s time in the program. With the exception of the editor in chief, Pitkin staff may also submit, but only in a genre they are NOT editing. All submissions are considered anonymously.
Each semester, calls for submissions are emailed to all current MFA-W writers four to five weeks in advance of the submissions deadline; emails include a link to the most current Pitkin Review Submissions Guidelines. Please email the editor to address any further questions or concerns about The Pitkin Review or submission guidelines.
